Dog Day Care

If you have a busy lifestyle or work long hours your dog will not be home alone. The Cottage is a warm, safe, homey place where little dogs spend the day having a great time with other small dogs. Here little dogs play, socialize, and get mental and physical stimulation. All the dogs are under the continuous supervision of Jane Brydon, Dog Training Coach and her well trained staff.

Dog Boarding

At the Cottage your little dog plays all day and gets tucked in at night with a special treat. We know each of our guests as individuals, making sure they are having fun and staying healthy. Each little dog keeps up with their house training by continuously getting them out into the yard and rewarding them for eliminating outside. He or she will feel cozy, snug and secure in our sleep-over room.

Dog Training

Attend a class in our spacious Training Academy. The Training Academy offers classes for ALL DOGS of every age, shape, weight and size. You can attend a group class or have a private session designed to fit your own special needs. Clients can request individualized training for their canine companion while at daycare. We also offer Board and Train while clients are spending extended time with us.

Thanksgiving and Christmas

Jane Brydon | November 9, 2011 | 0 Comments

The Cottage IS OPEN for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I have gotten some calls from owners saying, “I know you aren’t open on Christmas or Thanksgiving day”. I don’t know where people have gotten this notion, because we ARE open.

Holidays can be a stressful time for both you and your pup. If you are entertaining your family over the holidays and your little dog might be in the way, bring your dog over for their own holiday with us. We will be offering our usual hours of opening at 7 AM and closing for pick up by 7 PM. With us, your little dog gets to spend a day having fun with other little dogs and The Cottage’s devoted staff. You won’t have to worry about your dog running out the front door when your nephew leaves it open by mistake.

Are you planning on a full day of shopping on Black Friday? Drop your dog off with us and you can shop without having to run home to let the dog out. I would suggest a doggy sleep-over Thanksgiving night if you plan on starting out at 3 AM or some other early hour.

Let me know as soon as you can what days you want your dog to stay with us.
